Yo, I'm Dylan!

My journey in technology began early—when I built my first PC at just 8 years old. That moment didn’t just spark a curiosity; it ignited a lifelong passion for innovation and problem-solving. Over the past decade, I’ve earned a degree in Business Systems, grown my expertise as an IT Business Analyst, and evolved into my current role as a Solution Engineer at a Fortune 500 tech company.

As a platform specialist in customer service management and AI workflow automation, I’ve helped some of the biggest names in business solve complex challenges with technology. But what makes this meaningful to me is how those skills translate into helping small business owners thrive.

I love what I do because it lets me reignite the entrepreneurial spirit in others—reminding people why they started their journey in the first place. It’s their dream, their hard work, and I get to play a part in taking it to the next level. Seeing my clients transform their businesses and their lives gives me a deep sense of pride and purpose. That’s what motivates me.

Hey, I'm Peter

After spending over a decade working with some of the world’s largest technology enterprises, I realized my true passion lay closer to home. While myself and Dylan helped billion-dollar companies implement sophisticated solutions, our friends and family often came to us for support with their own businesses.

From setting up Google My Business and building custom websites to promoting lead generation I saw firsthand how much of a difference the right technology could make for my friends and their small businesses.

Whether it was saving time on admin, giving time back to my friends to spend with family or kids, it proved to me I could take this skill and apply it to others. That’s when we decided to create NextGen Local —an agency dedicated to empowering small businesses with the same level of innovation and expertise we provided in the corporate world.

NextGen is about more than just technology, it’s about helping local business owners thrive in a complex digital age. Whether it’s automating manual processes, enhancing digital presence, or building meaningful customers, I’m committed to providing businesses with the tools and support they need to grow and succeed, while giving them time back to be with their families for those moments that matter the most.
